How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

Can I return or exhange an item?

Due to the customised nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.

What if my product is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the damaged product, the packaging and shipping label to becsmagneticmoments@hotmail.com

We will endeavor to correct the problem as soon as we can. If no contact is made within 48 hours, the purchase is deemed to have arrived safely.

Can I change my photo?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at becsmagneticmoments@hotmail.com

After this period, modifications cannot be made.

Do I have to send a physical picture?

We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload any digital photo onto the corresponding product page.

Photos from your phone or camera will work perfectly.
